Gezien de huidige situatie rondom het Coronavirus wordt er een beroep gedaan op ieders verantwoordelijkheid. Wij zien het als onze verantwoordelijkheid om op een veilige manier de zorg voor uw huisdieren te kunnen blijven leveren. Daarom zijn wij genoodzaakt een aantal maatregelen te nemen in de praktijk. Hierdoor kunnen we hopelijk geopend blijven en uw huisdier nog steeds de zorg kan krijgen die nodig is.
- We vragen u om maar met 1 persoon op afspraak te komen met uw huisdier.
- Het is verplicht een mondkapje te dragen binnen in het pand
- Als u zelf ziek of verkouden bent, kom dan niet naar de praktijk. Vraag iemand anders om te komen of overleg met de praktijk.
- Als u voer of medicatie op wilt halen, bel dan eerst even met de praktijk. Wij kunnen het dan al voor u klaarleggen bij de balie. Dit voorkomt wachten aan de balie met meerdere mensen in de wachtkamer.
- We vragen u om 1,5 m afstand te bewaren tot de andere mensen aanwezig in de praktijk.
- Bij binnenkomst en vertrek kunt u uw handen desinfecteren met desinfecterende gel die aan de muur hangt.
- Er worden geen handen geschud.
- We vragen u om met pin te betalen i.p.v. contant, om handcontact met het personeel te vermijden.
- Er worden geen huisvisites meer gedaan
- Naast standaard hygiëne maatregelen, zullen wij alle contactoppervlakken (balie, handgrepen, pinapparaat) 4 x daags desinfecteren.
Daarnaast bieden wij de mogelijkheid voor een digitaal consult met de dierenarts (videobellen) voor €12,50 indien u liever niet naar de praktijk komt. Het kan zijn dat de dierenarts naar aanleiding van dit consult alsnog adviseert om langs te komen.
Tot slot kan het zijn dat we in de loop van de tijd onze openingstijden moeten gaan aanpassen, in verband met inzet van personeel. We zullen ons uiterste best doen om u van dienst te zijn, maar vragen hier begrip voor en zullen dit tijdig communiceren.
Actions taken regarding Coronavirus
Given the current situation regarding the Coronavirus, everybody needs to act responsible to prevent further spreading. We see it as our responsibility to continue to take care of your pets in a safe way. Therefore we have to take specific measures in the clinic. By doing this we can stay open hopefully so your pets can get the care they need.
- We kindly ask that only 1 person comes in per visit
- It is mandatory to wear a mouthmask inside
- If you are not feeling well, please don’t come yourself. Ask someone else to come with your pet of call us to consult on what to do.
- If you want to pick up food/medicine, please call us in advance. This way we can already prepare it for you, minimizing waiting time at the desk and having fewer people in at the same time.
- We ask you to keep 1,5m distance to the other people in the clinic
- When entering and leaving the clinic, you can disinfect your hands with specific gel that’s hanging on the wall in the waiting room.
- There will be no shaking of hands.
- We ask you to pay with card instead of cash, to minimize handcontact with the staff.
- There are no house-visits possible
- Besides standard hygiene procedure, the staff will disinfect all contactsurfaces (desk, pinmachine, doorknobs, etc) at least 4 times a day.
Besides we offer an digital consultation with one of our vets (through videocalling), in case you prefer not to come to the clinic. The costs of this digital consultation are €12,50. However, it might be still the case that the vet will recommend you to bring your pet in, after the consultation.
Finally it is possible that we have to adapt our openinghours the coming weeks, due to shortage of staff. We will try our best to keep our service as usual, but ask your understanding if this might happen.
